Summary:The present invention is to provide a novel Chlorella sp. strain ABC-001 which has salt resistance, grows well in high carbon dioxide concentration conditions, and stores much lipids. The novel Chlorella sp. strain ABC-001 of the present invention shows almost identical cell growth and lipid productivity in fresh water, and brackish water and seawater having salinity, and in particular, when cultured in seawater, naturally settles, and thus is convenient to harvest. The Chlorella sp. strain ABC-001 of the present invention, which has salt resistance and high lipid productivity under high carbon dioxide concentration conditions can effectively remove carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas of near-shore power plants, and can make a great contribution to biomass production and processes for producing useful materials by using the same, and thus is extremely useful in the related fields. 본 발명은 내염성을 가지며 고농도 이산화탄소 조건에서 잘 자라고, 지질을 많이 축적하는 신규한 클로렐라 속 ABC-001 균주를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 클로렐라 속 ABC-001 균주는 담수와 염도가 있는 기수 및 해수에서 거의 동일한 세포 생장과 지질 생산성을 보이며 특히, 해수에서 배양했을 시 자연침전으로 수확이 용이하다. 본 발명의 내염성을 가지며 고농도 이산화탄소 조건에서 높은 지질 생산성을 가진 클로렐라 속 ABC-001 균주는 해안에 인접한 발전소 배기가스 내 이산화탄소를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있으며, 바이오매스 생산 및 이를 원료로 사용하여 유용한 물질을 생산하는 공정에 큰 기여를 할 수 있어 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다.
