Summary: | The present invention relates to a compressed composite explosive, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a metal-containing compressed composite explosive by using a room temperature vacuum distillation process to minimize hydration reaction and compressed composite explosive manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of a metal-containing compressed composite explosive using a room temperature vacuum distillation process according to the present invention comprises: a coating solution preparation step (S110) of dissolving a polymer binder and a plasticizer in an organic solvent to prepare a coating solution; a slurry preparation step (S120) of mixing and diffusing explosive in processed water to prepare slurry; a metal introduction step (S130) of introducing powered metal into slurry; a coagulated particle formation step (S140) of introducing the coating solution in the metal-introduced slurry to form coagulated particles where the polymer binder is coated on the surfaces of the explosive and the metal; an organic solvent distillation step (S150) of heating the coagulated particle-formed slurry under reduced pressure to distill the organic solvent included in the slurry; and a coagulated particle yield step (S160) of recovering the coagulated particles through filtering and then drying the same.
본 발명은 압축형 복합화약에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상온감압증류공정을 적용하여 금속의 수화반응을 최소화한 금속 함유 압축형 복합화약의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 압축형 복합화약에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 상온감압증류공정을 적용한 금속 함유 압축형 복합화약 제조방법은 유기용매에 고분자 결합제 및 가소제를 용해시켜 피복용액을 제조하는 피복용액 제조단계(S110); 공정수에 화약을 혼합 및 분산시켜 슬러리를 제조하는 슬러리 제조단계(S120); 슬러리에 분말 상태의 금속을 투입하는 금속 투입단계(S130); 금속이 투입된 슬러리에 피복용액을 투입하여, 화약 및 금속의 표면에 고분자 결합제가 피복된 응집입자를 형성하는 응집입자 형성단계(S140); 응집입자가 형성된 슬러리를 감압한 상태에서 가열하여 슬러리에 포함된 유기용매를 감압 증류하는 유기용매 증류단계(S150); 여과를 통해 응집입자를 회수하고, 건조하는 응집입자 수득단계(S160);를 포함한다. |
