Summary:The present invention relates to an embossing paper pipe having a new structure and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the embossing paper pipe is not crushed by pressure of a product wound on a circumferential surface thereof. According to the present invention, the embossing paper pipe comprises: an internal paper pipe (1) formed by winding normal original paper (1a, 1b) in which embossing is not formed in the shape of a circular pipe body; and a buffer unit (2) formed by winding embossing original paper (2a) in which embossing is formed on a circumferential surface of the internal paper pipe (1). When the circumferential surface is pressurized by a product such as a film, a wrap, or the like wound on the circumferential surface, the buffer unit (2) is compressed for pressure not to be applied to the internal paper pipe (1), thereby preventing the whole embossing paper pipe from being crushed by pressure of the product wound on the circumferential surface. Therefore, without high-priced and luxurious original paper having high strength, costs can be reduced, and further, a using amount of the high-priced and luxurious original paper is reduced to reduce occurrence of environmental pollution. 본 발명은 둘레면에 감겨진 제품의 압력에 의해 찌그러지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 엠보지관 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 엠보지관은 엠보싱이 형성되지 않은 일반원지(1a,1b)를 원형관체형태로 감아서 구성된 내부지관(1)과, 상기 내부지관(1)의 둘레면에 엠보싱이 형성된 엠보싱원지(2a)를 감아서 구성된 완충부(2)로 구성되어, 둘레면에 감겨진 필름이나 랩 등의 제품이 둘레면을 가압할 경우, 상기 완충부(2)가 압축되면서 상기 내부지관(1)으로 압력이 가해지지 않도록 함으로써, 둘레면에 감겨진 제품의 압력에 의해 엠보지관 전체가 찌그러지게 되는 것을 방지한다. 따라서, 강도가 높은 고가의 고급원지를 사용할 필요가 없어서 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 고가의 고급원지의 사용량을 줄여 환경오염의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다
