Summary:The present invention relates to an end mill for fiber reinforced plastic processing. The end mill for fiber reinforced plastic processing comprises a cutting portion (20) in which a cutting edge (50) is formed, wherein the cutting portion (20) has a main flute (30) and a sub-flute (40) for discharging chips to be cut. The main flute (30) and sub-flute (40) are formed in different directions. The direction of the cutting edge (50) is opposite to the direction of the cutting edge which is adjacent in the circumferential direction. The main flute and sub-flute are formed differently in the direction opposite to the direction of the cutting edge which is adjacent in the axial direction. Therefore, cutting vibration which can occur during the processing is reduced, and the occurrence of burrs is suppressed, so a good processed surface can be obtained. 본 발명은 섬유강화 플라스틱 가공용 엔드밀에 관한 것으로서, 절삭날(50)이 형성되어 있는 절삭부(20)를 갖고, 이 절삭부(20)에는 절삭되는 칩을 배출하기 위한 주 플루트(30) 및 부 플루트(40)가 형성되어 있는 섬유강화 플라스틱 가공용 엔드밀에 있어서, 상기 주 플루트(30) 및 상기 부 플루트(40)는 서로 다른 방향으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 절삭날(50)의 방향이 원주 방향으로 인접한 절삭날의 방향과 역방향으로 상이하고, 또한 축방향으로 인접한 절삭날의 방향과 역방향으로 상이하게 형성되어, 가공시 생길 수 있는 절삭 진동을 경감시키고 버(burr) 발생을 억제하여 양호한 가공면을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
