The present invention relates to a disease prevention management system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, provided is the disease prevention management system comprising: a vehicle information acquisition unit acquiring vehicle information on a vehicle entering a predetermined area; a first collecting unit collecting information on individuals getting off from the vehicle to correspond to the vehicle information; a second collecting unit collecting information on users using a predetermined sterilizing booth within a set time range from a time when the individual information is collected; and a control unit notifying that, when the individual information and the user information are different, the corresponding information is different. According to the present invention, the entry logs of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting a disease prevention zone such as a cattle shed or the like can be simultaneously managed, thereby enabling tracking of a propagation path and increasing the efficiency of disease prevention management. In addition, the problem of infection caused by non-sterilization can be minimized by comparing the information on individuals getting off from the vehicle to the information on users using the sterilizing booth after getting off to determine whether a sterilization procedure is performed, promptly notify a manager of whether the sterilization procedure is performed and take measures. 본 발명은 방역 관리 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 소정 구역에 진입하는 차량에 대한 차량 정보를 획득하는 차량 정보 획득부와, 상기 차량 정보에 대응하여 상기 차량에서 하차하는 사람 정보를 수집하는 제1 수집부와, 상기 사람 정보를 수집한 시간으로부터 설정된 시간 범위 내 소정 소독 부스를 이용하는 이용자 정보를 수집하는 제2 수집부, 및 상기 사람 정보와 상기 이용자 정보가 상이한 경우에, 해당 정보가 상이함을 알리는 제어부를 포함하는 방역 관리 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 축사 등과 같은 방역 구역에 출입하는 차량과 사람의 출입 기록을 동시에 관리할 수 있어 전파 경로 추적이 가능하고 방역 관리 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 차량에서 하차한 사람 정보와 하차 후 소독 부스를 이용한 이용자 정보 간을 비교하여 소독 절차의 이행 여부를 판단하고 관리자에게 소독 이행 여부를 즉각적으로 통보하고 조치할 수 있어 소독 미이행으로 인한 감염 문제를 최소화할 수 있다.
