The present invention relates to a taping system and a taping method for muscle pain relief, wherein the taping system comprises: a sports tape (10) comprising a wireless electromyogram sensor (102) for measuring an electromyogram of a muscle and measuring the electromyogram of the muscle to wirelessly provide the electromyogram; a portable terminal (20) analyzing an electromyogram value provided from the wireless electromyogram sensor (102) and outputting the electromyogram value through an output means (201) to enable a user to recognize a muscle state under the skin to which the sports tape (10) is attached, so that the sports tape can be accurately attached, the user can easily confirm the effect of attaching the sports tape, and the feeling of use is improved. 본 발명은 근육통 완화를 위한 테이핑 시스템 및 테이핑 방법에 관한 것으로서, 근육의 근전도를 측정하는 무선근전도센서(102)를 구비하여 근육의 근전도를 측정하여 무선으로 제공하는 스포츠 테이프(10)와; 상기 무선근전도센서(102)에서 제공되는 근전도값을 분석하여, 상기 스포츠 테이프(10)가 부착된 피부 아래의 근육 상태를 사용자가 인지할 수 있도록 출력수단(201)을 통해 출력하는 휴대용 단말기(20)를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 스포츠 테이프의 정확한 부착이 가능케 되고, 스포츠 테이프 부착에 따른 효과를 사용자가 쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 사용감이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
