Summary:In a multi-tool machining method for reducing a cutting force, a tool unit including at least two tools performs a milling process with respect to a workpiece, wherein a first tool is located on a front end of the tool unit and performs processing to a radial depth of cut in the radial direction with respect to the workpiece, and other tools other than the first tool are located on a rear end of the first tool, are overlapped with a tool path of the first tool, and performs processing with respect to the workpiece. At least one tool among the tools rotates in a different direction with those of other tools. 절삭력 저감을 위한 다공구 가공 방법에서 적어도 2개 이상의 공구들을 포함하는 공구유닛으로 공작물에 대한 밀링가공을 수행하며, 상기 제1 공구는 상기 공구유닛의 전단에 위치하여 상기 공작물에 대하여 반경방향으로 직경과 동일한 절삭깊이(radial depth of cut)로 가공을 수행하고, 상기 제1 공구 외의 다른 공구들은 상기 제1 공구의 후단에 위치하여 상기 제1 공구의 가공경로(tool path)와 중첩되며 상기 공작물에 대하여 가공을 수행하고, 상기 공구들 중 적어도 하나의 공구는 다른 공구들과 회전 방향이 서로 다르다.
