Summary: | The present invention proposes a spatial power combiner designed to horizontalize the direction of an internal electric field. The spatial power combiner according to the present invention is a spatial power combiner having a waveguide structure. The spatial power combiner comprises an input terminal feeding part for receiving RF and M/W signals; an output terminal feeding part for outputting amplified RF and M/W signals to the outside; an amplifier chip which is positioned between the input terminal feeding part and the output terminal feeding part and amplifies the applied RF signal; and a transition board which radiates the amplified RF and M/W signals to transmit them to the output terminal feeding part, and is formed to be long in a width direction with respect to the inner surface of the spatial power combiner between the inner surface of the amplifier chip and the spatial power combiner.
본 발명은 내부 전계 방향이 수평 방향이 되도록 설계되는 공간 전력 합성기를 제안한다. 본 발명에 따른 공간 전력 합성기는 도파관 구조를 가지는 공간 전력 합성기에 있어서, RF 및 M/W 신호를 인가받는 입력단 급전부; 증폭된 RF 및 M/W 신호를 외부로 출력하는 출력단 급전부; 입력단 급전부와 출력단 급전부 사이에 위치하며, 인가된 RF 신호를 증폭시키는 증폭기 칩; 및 증폭된 RF 및 M/W 신호를 방사시켜 출력단 급전부로 전달하며, 증폭기 칩과 공간 전력 합성기의 내부면 사이에서 공간 전력 합성기의 내부면에 대해 너비 방향으로 길게 형성되는 트랜지션 기판을 포함한다. |
