According to an embodiment of the present invention, a microneedle patch comprises: microneedles including a viscous composition; an adhesive sheet attached to skin; and a base sheet on which the microneedles are arranged. The microneedles have a screw-like shape which is spirally twisted so as to have a first slope toward a first direction and a second slope toward a second direction which is opposite of the first direction.
