Disclosed is an image processing device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the image processing device can improve a processing speed by extracting a predetermined specific video among the remaining images excluding a background image from a frame-by-frame image obtained through a camera, since the extracted specific video is processed with high resolution. Moreover, the image processing device can quickly respond to illegal activities on the specific video by transmitting the specific video which is processed with the high resolution to a relevant agency located at a remote site and obtaining and displaying information on the processed specific video.
