Summary:The present invention relates to a mat for sleep. In the present invention, the mat for sleep is divided into four stages in one direction to form a first mat, a second mat, a third mat, and a fourth mat, and is formed with a bending portion such that divided parts can be bent. In addition, the first mat is bent in a square shape in an opposite direction of division so as to be fixed such that a space to which a head part of a user can be entered is formed. Thus, the mat for sleep maintains a function of a mat in general and an additional space for accommodating the head part of the user is provided such that the user is able to conveniently sleep without being interfered by the outside during sleeping, and noise generated while sleeping can be prevented from being spread out to the outside. 본 발명에 의한 수면 매트에 관한 것으로서, 일방향으로 4단 구획되어 제1매트, 제2매트, 제3매트, 제4매트로 형성됨과 아울러 구획된 부위에 접힘이 가능하도록 접힘부가 형성되고, 제1매트는 구획된 반대방향으로 사각형태로 접힘되어 고정됨으로써 사용자의 머리 부위가 인입될 수 있는 공간이 형성되도록 구성된다. 즉, 평상시에는 매트의 기능을 유지하면서도 사용자의 머리 부위가 수용되는 별도의 공간이 마련되어 수면시에 외부로부터 방해받지 않아 편안한 수면을 취할 수 있으면서도 수면시 발생되는 소음이 외부로 퍼져나가는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
