Summary:The present invention relates to a bone fixation system using a tensioned suture for reconstructing a bone fractured by an external injury, comprising: a plate having a plurality of screw holes formed therein to be attached to and support the bone; a screw inserted into the screw hole and fastened in the bone; a wire provided on the plate with one end connected to the bone surrounding tissue and the other end arranged on the screw; and a washer connected to the other end of the wire to accommodate the screw in an accommodating hole of a long hole shape and coupled to the screw hole, wherein the washer pulls the wire by moving horizontally according to the fastening of the screw. Therefore, according to the present invention, the fractured bone can be fixed without being dislocated since the bone is fixed in a compressed condition when the fractured bone is sutured. The bone fixation system of the present invention is advantageous in the completion of a surgery since the fractured bone is compressed and fixed in a matched state for the plate to be easily fastened. 본 발명은 외상에 의해 골절된 뼈를 재건하는 긴장 봉합을 이용한 뼈 고정 시스템에 관한 것으로, 뼈에 부착되어 지지하도록 다수의 나사홀이 형성된 플레이트와, 상기 나사홀에 삽입되어 뼈 내에 체결되는 나사와, 상기 플레이트 상에 구비되어 일단이 뼈 주변조직과 결합되어 타단이 나사상에 배열되는 와이어와, 상기 와이어의 타단에 연결되어 장공형태의 수용홀에 나사를 수용하여 상기 나사홀에 결합되며, 나사의 체결에 따라 수평이동하여 와이어를 견인하는 와셔를 특징으로 한다.따라서 본 발명은 골절된 뼈를 정합할 때 압박된 상태에서 고정시키기 때문에 골절부위가 어긋나지 않게 고정할 수 있으며, 골절부위가 정합상태로 압박 고정되기 때문에 플레이트를 수월하게 체결함으로써 수술 완성도가 높은 장점이 있다.
