Summary:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing molten metal configured to charge a raw material and a reducing material into a molten gas furnace, blow oxygen to produce molten iron, and supply reducing gas to a reducing furnace to reduce iron ore in order to improve a coal charging structure in the molten gas furnace and stabilize flows of the molten material and the reducing gas. To this end, the present invention includes: a raw material preparing step of preparing a raw material; a reducing material preparing step of preparing a first reducing material, which has been previously carbonized by a reducing material, and a second reducing material, which has not been previously calcined; and a charging step of charging the raw material and the reducing material into the molten gas furnace, wherein the charging step includes a separation charging step of charging the first reducing material and the second reducing material into the molten gas furnace. 용융가스화로내의 석탄 장입 구조를 개선하여 용융물과 환원가스의 흐름을 안정화할 수 있도록, 용융가스화로에 원료 및 환원재를 장입하고 산소를 취입하여 용철을 제조하고 환원가스는 환원로로 공급하여 철광석을 환원하는 용철 제조 방법으로, 원료를 준비하는 원료 준비단계, 환원재로 사전 건류한 제1 환원재와 사전 건류하지 않은 제2 환원재를 각각 섞이지 않도록 준비하는 환원재 준비단계, 및 원료와 환원재를 용융가스화로에 충전하는 장입단계를 포함하고, 상기 장입단계는 상기 제1 환원재와 상기 제2 환원재를 용융가스화로에 서로 섞이지 않도록 장입하는 분리장입단계를 포함하는 용철제조방법을 제공한다.
