Summary:The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody against an Alexandrium tamarense origin photosystem I subunit 9 (PS I-9) for detecting dinoflagellate in ballast water, and to a method for detecting dinoflagellate using the same, in which PS I-9 of Alexandrium tamarense, which is one of dinoflagellate is subjected to cloning and is used as an antibody to produce the monoclonal antibody, and accordingly, the monoclonal antibody against the Alexandrium tamarense origin PS I-9 can be usefully used to measure the residual bio-survival in the ballast water. 본 발명은 선박평형수 내 와편모조류(Dinoflagellate)를 검출하기 위한 알렉산드리움 타마렌스() 유래 광화학계 I 서브유닛 9(photosystem I subunit 9, PS I-9)에 대한 단일클론 항체 및 이를 이용한 와편모조류 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 와편모조류 중에 하나인 알렉산드리움 타마렌스의 PS I-9 클로닝한 후, 이를 항원으로 사용하여 단일클론항체를 제조하였고, 이를 통해 본 발명의 알렉산드리움 타마렌스 유래 PS I-9에 대한 단일클론항체는 선박평형수 내의 잔류 생물 생존 유무를 측정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
