Summary: | The present invention relates to an output cooling apparatus for a three-dimensional printer, the output cooling apparatus which is installed to minimize thermal deformation of an output stacked during molding of the output stacked by melting a thermoplastic filament extruded through a nozzle unit, and to rapidly cool the output in which an extruded linear melt is stacked to stably manufacture the output. The output cooling apparatus of the present invention, as a cooling apparatus which is installed in the nozzle unit of a filament melting extrusion type three-dimensional printer, has an integrated structure including: a fan which generates wind at an outer side of a support plate; a curved first block which is connected to an inner side of the support plate and has an inlet formed in one end thereof connected to the support plate such that the first block internally communicates with the inlet, and in which a first flow path is formed; a ring-shaped second block which is connected to the other end of the first block and internally communicates with the first flow path, and in which a cylindrical second flow path is formed; and a duct which is connected to an inner circumferential surface of the second block in a state that one end of the duct internally communicates with the second flow path, and which has an outlet formed in the other end thereof.
본 발명은 노즐부를 통해 압출되는 열가소성 필라멘트를 용융시켜 적층하는 출력물을 성형시 적층되는 출력물의 열적 변형을 최소화하고 안정적으로 출력물을 제작하기 위해 압출되는 선형의 용융물이 적층되는 출력물을 신속히 냉각하도록 설치되는 것으로서, 필라멘트 용융 압출형 3차원 프린터의 노즐부에 설치되는 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 냉각장치는, 지지판의 외측에 바람을 발생시키는 팬과, 상기 지지판의 내측에 연결되면서 상기 지지판에 연결되는 일단에 유입구가 형성되어 상기 유입구에 내통되면서 내부에 제1유로가 형성된 만곡형의 제1블록과, 상기 제1블록의 타단에 연결되면서 제1유로와 내통되어 내부에 원주형의 제2유로를 형성되는 링형의 제2블록과, 상기 제2블록의 내주 일면에 상기 제2유로와 일단이 내통되어 연결되면서 타단에 배출구를 가지는 덕트로 구성되는 일체의 구조를 가지는 3차원 프린터의 출력물 냉각장치를 제공한다. |
