According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle driving safety securing apparatus may comprise: an emergency button receiving an emergency situation from a driver; a turn signal control lever that is a control lever receiving a vehicle proceeding direction of a vehicle from the driver; and a vehicle control unit controlling the vehicle by enabling a flickering shape of a taillight representing a direction to be different from an emergency flickering shape instead of the emergency flickering shape through which all left and right taillights of the vehicle flicker when all the emergency button and a turn signal are pushed. 본 발명의 실시 형태는 운전자로부터 비상 상황을 입력받는 비상 버튼; 차량 진행 방향을 운전자로부터 입력받는 조작 레버인 방향지시등 조작 레버; 및 상기 비상 버튼과 방향지시등이 모두 눌린 경우, 차량의 좌측 후미등과 우측 후미등을 모두 점멸시키는 비상점멸 형태가 아니라, 방향지시를 나타낼 후미등의 점멸 형태는 상기 비상점멸 형태와 다르게 하여 혼합점멸 제어하는 차량제어유닛;을 포함할 수 있다.
