Summary:The present invention relates to a method for measuring a workpiece for automatic correction after automatic lathe processing which is a kind of a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. According to the present invention, the method for measuring a workpiece for automatic correction after automatic lathe processing is to reduce a processing error by: setting a processing program; setting a reference of a tool measuring device; processing the workpiece after setting a tool; and performing correction by measuring the workpiece when processing the workpiece is completed. The method for measuring a workpiece for automatic correction after automatic lathe processing comprises: a first step of setting an accumulated and repeated number; a second step of temporarily placing the workpiece to be measured on a V-block; a third step of attaching a center point on both sides of the workpiece by a guide on both sides and lifting the center point on the both sides of the workpiece; a fourth step of measuring the workpiece by a measuring unit; a fifth step of storing a measurement value; and a sixth step of repeating the measurement, calculating an average of the measurement value, and providing the average as a correction value when the measurement number reaches a predetermined number. According to the present invention, the method for measuring a workpiece for automatic correction after automatic lathe processing can enable accurate measurement by minimizing a measurement error of the workpiece in the CNC machine such as an automatic lathe and, therefore, can enable accurate processing by reducing a processing error by accurate correction. 본 발명은 수치제어 공작기계(CNC)의 일종인 자동 선반에서 가공 후 자동 보정을 위한 가공물 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은, 가공 프로그램을 셋팅하고, 공구 측정기의 기준을 셋팅하며, 공구를 셋팅한 후 피가공물을 가공하고, 가공이 완료되면 피가공품을 측정하여 보정을 실시함으로서 가공오차를 줄이기 위한 자동 선반 가공 후 자동 보정을 위한 가공물 측정 방법에 있어서, 누적 반복횟수를 설정하는 제 1 단계; 측정할 피가공품을 V블록에 임시 거치하는 제 2 단계; 상기 피가공품의 양 측 중심점을 양쪽 가이드로 밀착하여 들어올리는 제 3 단계; 측정수단으로 상기 피가공품을 측정하는 제 4 단계; 측정값을 저장하는 제 5 단계; 및 측정을 반복하여 측정 횟수가 설정 횟수에 도달하면 측정값의 평균을 구해 보정값으로 제공하는 제 6 단계로 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 자동선반과 같은 수치제어 공작기계에서 피가공물의 측정오차를 최소화하여 정밀 측정을 가능하게 함으로써 정확한 보정을 통해 가공오차를 줄여 정밀가공을 구현할 수 있다.
