본 발명은 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트 ((-)-epigallocatechin gallate, (-)-EGCG)의 위치 선택적 알킬화를 위한 합성방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 EGCG의 위치 선택적인 알킬화 방법은, EGCG를 바로 알킬화하지 않고, EGCG를 먼저 아세틸화한 다음 알킬화를 실시함에 따라서, 4''-알킬화-EGCG를 높은 수득률로 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
