The input device generates induced electromotive force based on other coils different from a first coil when moving the first coil depending on a touch input while the first coil, a second coil, a third coil, and a fourth coil are electrically connected, and detects the size of the generated induced electromotive force and the pressure of the touch input. 본 발명은 입력 디바이스 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 제 1 코일, 제 2 코일, 제 3 코일, 제 4 코일을 전기적으로 연결한 상태에서, 터치 입력에 따라 제 1 코일을 특정 방향으로 움직이면, 제 1 코일과 다른 코일을 기초로 유도 기전력을 생성하고, 생성된 유도 기전력의 크기 및 터치 입력의 압력 크기를 감지하는 것을 그 요지로 한다.
