The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for repairing driving rollers of a belt conveyor, the method and the apparatus which facilitate work by attaching an unvulcanized pad member to a surface of a roller main body, and then vulcanizing the unvulcanized pad member, thereby enabling the apparatus to perform a vulcanization process without separating the driving rollers from the belt conveyor while closely adhering the pad member to the surface of the roller main body. The apparatus for repairing the driving rollers of the belt conveyor comprises: the driving rollers which are installed to be separated from one another; the conveyor belt of a closed circuit which is provided while covering the driving rollers; and a frame which is provided at both sides in the width direction of the driving rollers to rotatably support the driving rollers. The driving rollers includes: a cylindrical roller main body; the pad member which is provided by covering the roller main body; and a roller shaft which is protruded to both sides in the width direction of the roller main body and rotatably supported to the frame. The method for repairing the driving rollers of the belt conveyor comprises: a belt separation step of separating a conveyor belt from the driving rollers; a pad member removing step of removing the pad member which covers the roller main body of the driving rollers; an adhesive coating step of coating an adhesive on one or more between a cylindrical surface of a roller member from which the pad member is removed and the inner surface of the pad member which is to be newly attached to the driving rollers; a cover member installation step of installing a cover member on an outer side of the driving rollers to which the pad member is attached; a covering member installation step of installing a covering member on an outer side of the cover member; and a steam supply step of supplying steam into the covering member. 서로 이격 설치된 구동롤러와, 상기 구동롤러를 감싸며 구비되는 폐회로의 컨베이어벨트와, 상기 구동롤러의 폭방향 양측에 구비되어 구동롤러를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 프레임을 포함하며; 상기 구동롤러는 원통형의 롤러본체와, 상기 롤러본체를 둘러싸서 구비되는 패드부재와, 상기 롤러본체의 폭방향 양측으로 돌출되어 프레임에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 롤러축으로 이루어지는 벨트 컨베이어의 구동롤러를 보수하는 방법에 있어서; 구동롤러로부터 컨베이어벨트를 분리하는 벨트분리 단계와, 상기 구동롤러의 롤러본체를 둘러싸는 패드부재를 제거하는 패드부재 제거단계와, 패드부재가 제거된 롤러부재의 원통면이나 새로 부착될 패드부재의 내면 중 하나 이상에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포 단계와, 패드부재가 부착된 구동롤러의 외측으로 커버부재를 설치하는 커버부재설치 단계와, 커버부재의 외측으로 덮개부재를 설치하는 덮개부재설치 단계와, 상기 덮개부재 내로 수증기를 공급하는 증기공급 단계로 이루어지며; 미가황 패드부재를 롤러본체의 표면에 부착한 후 가황처리하여 패드부재가 롤러본체의 표면에 밀착되도록 하면서도 보수 장치로 인하여 벨트 컨베이어로부터 구동롤러를 분리하지 않고 가황처리가 가능하여 작업이 용이한 벨트 컨베이어의 구동롤러 보수 방법 및 보수 장치를 제공한다.
