Summary: | The present invention relates to an ophthalmic image capturing device which includes a folding mirror, an optical distribution mirror, and a collimating lens and is capable of capturing an ophthalmic image by utilizing a camera and a light source of a mobile device regardless of locations of the camera and the light source of the mobile device. Therefore, diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, and dry eye syndrome can be easily diagnosed through the mobile device. The ophthalmic image capturing device comprises: a mobile device fixing part attached to the mobile device; a capturing device fixing part coupled to the mobile device fixing part, capable of moving left and right, and capable of freely rotating the capturing device; and the capturing device coupled to the capturing device fixing part.
