Summary: | The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete composition and a method for maintaining and repairing concrete road pavement and bridge-deck pavement using the same, wherein repair on road pavement and bridge-deck pavement and road repair construction can be done in a short time and passage of vehicles can be possible. The present invention provides an ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete composition comprising: 5 to 40 wt% of an ultra-rapid hardening cement-based binder; 25 to 65 wt% of fine aggregates; 15 to 65 wt% of coarse aggregates; 2 to 25 wt% of water; 0.5 to 11 wt% of an admixture; and 0.01 to 17 wt% of a polymer performance enhancer. The ultra-rapid hardening cement-based binder includes: 10 to 30 wt% of ordinarily Portland cement clinker ground powder; 35 to 60 wt% of hauyne rapid-hardening cement; 15 to 42 wt% of calcium aluminate; 0.5 to 10 wt% of silica fume; 0.1 to 10 wt% of gypsum; 2 to 10 wt% of slag powder; and 0.1 to 5 wt% of calcium hydroxide. The admixture is composed of: 0.05 to 5 wt% of a compound including at least one selected from a group consisting of phosphate, zinc carbonate, citric acid, alkali metal citrate, lignin sulfonate, and polyvinyl alcohol as a set retarder; and 0.1 to 8 wt% of a compound including at least one selected from a group consisting of triethanolamine, calcium silicate, calcium chloride, and lithium carbonate as a set accelerator.
본 발명은 도로의 노면, 교량의 교면포장, 도로 보수공사 등에 단시간에 보수후 차량 통행이 가능한 초속경 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장도로 및 교면 포장 유지보수 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초속경 시멘트계 결합재 5~40중량%, 잔골재 25~65중량%, 굵은골재 15~65중량%, 물 2~25중량% 및 혼화제 0.5~11중량% 및 폴리머 성능 개선제 0.01~17중량%를 포함하며, 상기 초속경 시멘트계 결합재는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 클링커 분쇄 분말 10~30중량%, 아윈계 속경성 시멘트 35~60중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트 15~42중량%, 실리카 흄 0.5~10중량%, 석고 0.1~10중량%, 슬래그 미분말 2~10중량% 및 소석회 0.1~5중량%를 포함하며, 혼화제는 응결지연제로서 인산염, 탄산화아연, 구연산, 구연산 알칼리 금속염, 리그닌 술폰산염, 폴리비닐알콜의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 화합물 0.05~5중량%와 응결촉진제로서 트리에탄올 아민, 규산칼슘, 염화칼슘, 리튬 카보네이트의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 화합물 0.1~8중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초속경 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. |
