The present invention relates to a security surveillance reinforcing system using a security agent, which transmits and receives an encrypted image through a security transmission channel by authenticating a transmission session by a session key issued from an NVR in a process of transmitting the encrypted image to the NVR after an IP camera encrypts an image using a master key, plays the image by storing or decrypting the encrypted image received from the IP camera in the NVR, and provides an image at a specific time point to a client terminal after authenticating the transmission sessions of the client terminal and the NVR with the session key according to a request of the client terminal, so that the client terminal performs monitoring. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the image from being leaked and prevent the image from being easily decrypted even if leaked. 본 발명은 IP 카메라에서 마스터키로 영상을 암호화한 다음 이를 NVR로 전송하는 과정에서 NVR로부터 발급받은 세션키로 전송세션을 인증하여 보안전송채널을 통해 암호화된 영상을 송수신하도록 하고, NVR에서 IP 카메라로부터 수신한 암호화된 영상을 저장하거나 복호화하여 재생하며, 클라이언트 단말의 요청에 따라 세션키로 NVR과 클라이언트 단말의 전송세션을 인증한 후 특정 시점의 영상을 클라이언트 단말로 제공하여 모니터링하도록 하는 보안 에이전트를 이용한 보안 감시 강화 시스템에 관한 것이다.
