Disclosed is a biogas manufacturing device capable of purifying sulfur compounds and siloxane, contained in biogas, and using the components as fuel for deodorization. The biogas manufacturing device includes: an anaerobic combustion device (10) generating biogas by anaerobically combusting organic wastewater; a microorganism desulfurizing device (20) oxidizing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the biogas, which has been produced by the anaerobic combustion device (10), with microorganisms to reduce the hydrogen sulfide concentration of the biogas to 10-500 ppm; a dry desulfurizing device (30) having a reaction tower structure filled with iron oxide (Fe2O3) as a desulfurizing agent, and oxidizing the hydrogen sulfide of the biogas, which has been primarily desulfurized by the microorganism desulfurizing device (20), to reduce a hydrogen sulfide concentration of the biogas to no more than 10 ppm; a siloxane removing device (40) including a activated carbon as a filler for removing siloxane, and removing siloxane from the biogas, which has been desulfurized by the dry desulfurizing device (30), to reduce a siloxane concentration of the biogas to no more than 1 mg/Nm3; and an odor component combusting device (50) and a medicinal solution cleaning device (70) oxidizing and removing odor components by collecting the odor components from the anaerobic combustion device (10) and combusting the biogas obtained from the siloxane removing device (40). 바이오가스에 포함된 황 화합물 및 실록산을 정제하고, 이를 악취 제거용 연료로 활용할 수 있는 바이오가스 제조 장치가 개시된다. 상기 바이오가스 제조 장치는, 유기성 폐수를 혐기적으로 소화시켜 바이오가스를 생산하는 혐기성 소화 장치(10); 상기 혐기성 소화 장치(10)에서 생산된 바이오가스 내의 황화수소(HS)를 미생물을 이용하여 산화시켜, 바이오가스의 황화수소 농도를 10 내지 500 ppm으로 감소시키는 미생물 탈황 장치(20); 탈황제로서 산화철(FeO)이 충진된 반응탑의 구조를 가지며, 상기 미생물 탈황 장치(20)에서 1차 탈황 처리된 바이오가스의 황화수소를 황화철로 산화시켜, 바이오가스의 황화수소 농도를 10 ppm 이하로 감소시키는 건식 탈황 장치(30); 실록산을 제거하기 위한 충진재로서 활성탄을 포함하며, 상기 건식 탈황 장치(30)에서 탈황 처리된 바이오가스로부터 실록산(siloxane)을 제거하여, 바이오가스의 실록산 농도를 1 mg/Nm이하로 감소시키는 실록산 제거 장치(40); 상기 혐기성 소화 장치(10)에서 발생하는 악취 성분을 포집하고, 상기 악취 성분 내에서, 상기 실록산 제거 장치(40)로부터 얻은 바이오가스를 연소시킴으로써, 악취 성분을 산화시켜 제거하는 악취 성분 연소 장치(50) 및 약액 세정 장치(70)를 포함한다.
