Summary:The present invention relates to a sea freight index calculation method for providing an Asia containerized sea freight index and a shipping information brokerage service method using the same, which can enhance global competitiveness through flexible measures and future market estimation according to global shipping market fluctuations of the domestic shipping industry. The present invention comprises: a step (S100) of collecting panel list data including freight charges, charterage and ship prices from ship chartering companies, S&P brokerage companies, forwarders, shipping companies and large shippers; a step (S110) of discriminating container shipping areas and determining a weight for each area; a step (S120) of calculating an index for each sea route by averaging freight charge information of the shipping area by each sea route; a step (S130) of calculating weekly freight rate for each sea route, calculating a fluctuation index for each sea route through the calculated weekly freight rate for each sea route and applying a weighting factor for each sea route, calculated based on a freight volume, to the fluctuation index for each sea route to calculate an index for each area; a step (S140) of discriminating the index for each area by import and export to calculate an import and an export (trade) index; and a step (S150) of weighting the import and export indexes according to preset specific years and months to calculate a weekly integrated container freight index. 본 발명은 국내 해운산업의 세계 해운시황 변동에 따른 유연한 대처 및 미래의 시황 예측을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 아시아 컨테이너 해상운임지수를 제공하기 위한 해상운임지수 산출 방법 및 그를 이용한 해운정보 중개서비스 방법에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 용선·S&P중개업체, 포워드, 선사, 대형화주로부터 운임, 용선료, 매매선가를 포함하는 패널리스트 데이터가 수집되는 단계(S100); 컨테이너 해상운송 지역을 구분하고, 지역별 비중이 결정되는 단계(S110); 상기 해상운송 지역의 운임정보를 항로별로 평균하는 방식을 이용하여 항로별 지수를 산출하는 단계(S120); 상기 항로별 주간운임가격 변화율을 산정하고, 상기 산정된 항로별 주간운임 가격 변화율 값을 통해 상기 항로별 변동지수를 산출하며, 상기 항로별 변동지수에 물동량 기준으로 계산된 항로별 비중 값을 적용하여 각 지역별 지수를 산출하는 단계(S130); 상기 각 지역별 지수에 대하여 수출 및 수입별로 구분하여 수입, 수출(수출입) 지수를 산출하는 단계(S140); 및 상기 수입, 수출 지수에 대하여 미리 설정된 특정연, 월을 기준으로 가중하여 주간 컨테이너 종합운임지수를 산출하는 단계(S150);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
