The present invention relates to a rotary nail foil dispenser (1000) which enables a user to easily store a nail foil. The rotary nail foil dispenser of the present invention comprises: a case member (10); a cushion member (90) which is attached to the lower surface of the case member (10) and has a concave mounting unit formed along the curved surface of a nail; a first rotary member (30) and a second rotary member (50) which have first and second penetration holes (13, 15) formed in a front side and a rear side of the cushion member (90) in the case member (10), respectively and are formed inside the case member (10) to be rotated; a first gear (34) mounted on a rotary shaft (38) of the first rotary member (30), wherein the first rotary member (30) idles with respect to the first gear (34); a second gear (54) mounted on the second rotary member (50) to be engaged with the first gear; the nail foil (80) which is wound around the first and second rotary members (30, 50) formed inside the case member (10) and surrounds the first and second penetration holes (13, 15) of the case member (10) to be exposed to the outside such that the nail foil comes in contact with the lower surface of the cushion member (90); and a handle (35) formed to rotate the first rotary member (30) or the second rotary member (50) and exposed to the outside of the case member (10). 본 발명은 케이스부재(10)와; 상기 케이스부재(10)의 하면에 부착된 것으로서 손톱의 곡면을 따라 오목진 안착부가 형성된 쿠션부재(90)와; 상기 케이스부재(10)에서 상기 쿠션부재(90)의 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에는 각각 제1 및 제 2관통구(13)(15)가 형성되고, 상기 케이스부재(10)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치된 제1회전부재(30) 및 제2회전부재(50)와; 상기 제1회전부재(30)의 회전축(38)에 장착된 제1기어(34)와; 여기서, 상기 제1회전부재(30)는 상기 제1기어(34)에 대하여 공회전을 이루고, 상기 제2회전부재(50)에 장착된 것으로서 상기 제1기어와 맞물린 제2기어(54)와; 상기 케이스부재(10)의 내부에 설치된 제1 및 제2 회전부재(30)(50)에 걸쳐 감겨서 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 케이스부재(10)의 제1 및 제2관통구(13)(15)를 둘러 외부로 노출되어 상기 쿠션부재(90)의 하면과 접면하는 네일호일(80)과; 그리고, 상기 제1회전부재(30) 또는 제2회전부재(50)를 회전시키기 위한 것으로서 케이스(10)의 외부로 노출된 손잡이(35)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 네일호일 공급장치(1000)를 제공한다.
