Summary: | The present invention relates to a near-infrared ray fluorescent smart probe capable for detecting tau fibrous protein for early diagnosis of Alzheimers disease. The near-infrared ray fluorescent smart probe of the present invention effectively binds to tau fibrous protein, emits fluorescence within a complete near-infrared ray range, and increases intensity of fluorescence when bound to tau fibrous protein. Compared to binding with bovine serum albumin and fibrosized beta-amyloid, intensity of fluorescence increases with excellent selectivity with tau, thereby enabling early diagnosis of Alzheimers disease as a near-infrared ray fluorescent smart probe.
본 발명은 알츠하이머병 조기 진단을 위한 타우 섬유단백질 검출용 근적외선 형광 스마트 탐침자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 근적외선형광 스마트 탐침자를 사용 시 타우 섬유단백질과 효과적으로 결합할 뿐 아니라 완전한 근적외선 영역의 형광을 가지고 있어 타우 섬유단백질과 결합 시 형광의 세기가 증가하며, 섬유화된 베타아밀로이드와 소혈청 알부민과 결합 시와 비교할 때 형광 강도의 증가를 보여 매우 우수한 타우 선별성을 보이고 있어, 근적외선형광 스마트 탐침자로서 알츠하이머병을 조기에 진단할 수 있다. |
