Summary:According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a mooring line tension adjusting device for adjusting a tension applied to a mooring line mounted so that a float or an offshore structure maintains a specific position. The mooring line tension adjusting device comprises: a frame; a first pin and a second pin each having a mooring line connected to one end thereof and arranged parallel to each other, and having at least one of which is movably coupled to the frame so as to be able to adjust a distance from each other; a moving block coupled to both ends of at least one of the first pin and the second pin and slidably coupled to the frame; at least one rack bar coupled to either the frame or the moving block, and arranged along a moving direction of the first pin and the second pin; and a driving unit coupled to the other one of the frame and the moving block, and coupled with a pinion gear which is coupled to the rack bar to move the moving block. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 부유체 또는 해양구조물이 특정 위치를 유지하도록 장착된 계류라인에 걸리는 장력을 조절하는 계류라인 장력 조절 장치가 제공된다. 계류라인 장력 조절 장치는, 프레임, 각각 일단부에 계류라인이 연결되며 서로 평행하게 배치되어, 서로 간격이 조절되도록 적어도 하나가 프레임에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 제1핀과 제2핀, 제1핀 및 제2핀 중 적어도 하나의 양단부에 결합되며 프레임에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 결합된 이동블록, 프레임 및 이동블록 중 어느 하나에 결합되며, 제1핀과 제2핀의 이동방향을 따라 배치된 적어도 하나의 랙바, 및 프레임 및 이동블록 중 나머지 하나에 결합되며, 랙바에 치합되어 이동블록을 이동시키는 피니언기어가 결합된 구동유닛을 포함한다.
