The present invention relates to a two-way, card-typed poster-based program participation application and management system comprising: a management server in which a poster for education program is produced, saved and managed, and information on program participation application is saved and managed; and member terminals possessed by members likely to be composed of students, wherein program participation application and management are performed through a card-typed education program poster where data can be transmitted in two ways, thereby enhancing convenience of members. In addition, use of the education program in a variety of educational institutions can be made smoothly and rapidly. In particular, a member can see an education program poster only by clicking a webpage URL on the member terminal thereof without any separate procedures when receiving a text message including the webpage URL information where poster information and member identification information are coded as parameters. A user can make participation application, without complicated procedures such as long-on and separate information input, only by clicking on a selection menu for program participation application included in the education program poster. According to the present invention, participation application and management for education program can be conveniently and readily performed.
