Summary:The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy for diecasting having improved thermal conductivity and castability. More specifically, provided are an aluminum alloy for diecasting having improved thermal conductivity and castability by forming an aluminum alloy containing about 10.0 wt% to about 12.0 wt% of silicon (Si), about 0.5 wt% to about 0.8 wt% of iron (Fe), about 0.3 wt% or less of impurities, and the remainder consisting of aluminum (Al), a manufacturing method thereof, and a heat sink for a battery manufactured using the aluminum alloy for diecasting. 본 발명은 열전도도 및 주조성이 향상된 다이캐스팅용 알루미늄 합금에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 10.0 내지 12.0 중량%의 규소(Si), 0.5 내지 0.8 중량%의 철(Fe) 및 0.3 중량% 이하의 불순물을 함유하고, 나머지가 알루미늄(Al)으로 이루어진 알루미늄 합금을 형성함으로써, 열전도도 및 주조성이 향상된 다이캐스팅용 알루미늄 합금 및 이의 제조방법과, 상기 다이캐스팅용 알루미늄 합금을 이용하여 제조된 배터리용 히트싱크에 관한 것이다.
