Summary:The present invention relates to an adhesive elastic band, to a manufacturing method thereof, and to a composition for adhesion having increased skin permeability contained in the same, wherein the adhesive elastic band comprises a support layer comprising a synthetic or natural polymer resin, an adhesive layer and a protective film, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a skin penetration enhancer comprising an adhesive agent, skin condition improving active ingredients, and a self-assembled surfactant cyclic peptide and a mixture of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids to physically improve the elasticity of the skin and permeation of skin condition improving active substances such as collagen and a substance for improving production thereof in the body, and to have a low skin stimulus, so it is possible to show various skin condition-improving effects synergistically such as physical and chemical and/or biological anti-sagging or relief, elasticity and wrinkle reduction with a little stimulus. 본 발명은, 합성 또는 천연 고분자 수지를 포함하는 지지체 층, 점착제 층 및 보호필름을 포함하되, 상기 점착제 층은 점착제, 피부 상태 개선 활성성분, 및 자가 조립 계면활성 환형 펩타이드 및 포화지방산과 불포화지방산의 혼합물을 포함하는 피부침투증강제를 포함하는 점착용 조성물로 이루어진 것인, 피부 탄력을 물리적으로 개선시킬 뿐 아니라, 콜라겐 등과 같은 피부 상태 개선 활성물질 및 이의 체내 생산을 향상시키는 물질의 투과를 향상시키면서도 피부 자극은 낮아 저자극으로 물리적, 및 화학적 및/또는 생물학적으로 살 처짐 방지 또는 완화, 탄력 및 주름 개선과 같은 다양한 피부 상태 개선 효과를 상승적으로 나타내는 점착성 탄력밴드와 그의 제조방법 및 이에 포함된 피부투과능이 증가된 점착용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
