Summary:The present invention relates to a method for setting an interval distance between a workpiece and an electrode in electrolytic machining work and, more specifically, provides an interval distance setting method between a workpiece and an electrode, which comprises the following steps of: coating a processing target surface of the workpiece with a film; arranging the workpiece in a water tank; arranging the electrode in the water tank to be opposite to the processing target surface; enabling the electrode to be in contact with the film; and removing the film. According to the present invention, when performing an electrolytic machining process, the film is arranged between the workpiece and the electrode to form an interval distance which is a thickness of the film between the workpiece and the electrode. 본 발명은, 전해 가공 작업 시 가공물과 전극의 간격을 설정하는 방법으로서, 상기 가공물의 가공 대상면에 필름을 코팅하는 단계; 상기 가공물을 수조 내에 배치하는 단계; 상기 수조 내에 상기 전극을 상기 가공 대상면에 대향하도록 배치하는 단계; 상기 필름에 상기 전극을 접촉시키는 단계; 및 상기 필름을 제거하는 단계; 를 포함하는 가공물과 전극의 간격 설정 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 전해 가공 공정 수행 시, 가공물과 전극 사이에 필름을 배치하여 가공물과 전극 사이에 필름의 두께에 해당하는 간격이 형성되도록 할 수 있다.
