Summary:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting metastases of cancers comprising a neuropeptide FF receptor 2 (NPFFR2) inhibitor as an effective component; a method for inhibiting metastases of cancers comprising a step of administering the composition to a subject; a composition for diagnosing metastatic cancers comprising an agent for measuring the expression level of NPFFR2; a method for providing information for diagnosing metastatic cancers comprising a step of measuring the expression level of NPFFR2; and a screening method for an agent for inhibiting metastatic cancers. Additionally, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancers comprising an NPFFR2 inhibitor as an effective component. The compositions of the present invention comprising an NPFFR2 inhibitor inhibit metastases of cancers and induce apoptosis of cancer cells by suppressing abilities of cancer cells in terms of invasiveness, migration, colony formation and the like, and thus exhibit superior effects as a composition for inhibiting metastases of cancers, or preventing or treating cancers. Additionally, the present invention has identified a correlation between the expression of NPFFR2 and the metastasis of cancer, and thus may be used in the development of an agent for diagnosing metastatic cancers or inhibiting metastases of cancers by measuring the expression level of NPFFR2. 본 발명은 NPFFR2 (Neuropeptide FF receptor 2) 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암의 전이 억제용 약학 조성물, 상기 조성물을 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 암의 전이 억제 방법, NPFFR2의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 전이성 암 진단용 조성물, 및 NPFFR2의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 전이성 암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 암의 전이 억제용 제제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 NPFFR2 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 NPFFR2 억제제를 포함하는 조성물은 암 세포의 침윤능, 이동능, 콜로니 형성능 등을 저해하여 암의 전이를 억제하고 암 세포 사멸을 유도하므로, 암의 전이 억제, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 우수한 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 NPFFR2의 발현과 암 전이와의 상관관계를 확인하였는바, NPFFR2의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 전이성 암을 진단하거나 암의 전이 억제용 제제를 개발할 수 있다.
