Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a porous iridium electrode for an electrolytic reactor. More specifically, the porous iridium electrode preparing method includes the steps of: (A) dissolving 5 to 30 parts by weight of iridium catalyst precursors in 100 parts by weight of an alcohol aqueous solution, dispersing 10 to 60 parts by weight of a polymer template therein, and preparing a catalyst composition; (B) coating a titanium electrode body with the catalyst composition; (C) heat-treating the titanium electrode body coated with the catalyst composition at the temperature of 300-450 deg. C for 20-40 minutes.
본 발명은 전해반응기용 다공성 이리듐 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 알코올 수용액 100 중량부에다 이리듐 촉매전구체 5~30 중량부를 용해하고, 여기에 고분자 템플레이트(Polymer template) 10~60 중량부를 분산시켜서 촉매조성물을 제조하는 단계(A)와; 티타늄 전극체에다 상기 촉매조성물을 도포하는 단계(B)와; 상기 촉매조성물이 도포된 티타늄 전극체를 300~450℃의 온도에서 20~40분 동안 열처리 하는 단계(C); 를 포함하는 다공성 이리듐 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
