Summary:The present invention relates to electrically heated smart clothing which can control the temperature, and more specifically, to electrically heated smart clothing which can control the temperature with an intuitive action based on user experience, wherein, in controlling the heat generation temperature, the heating temperature is controlled by the general action taken when the wearer feels cold without a separate manipulation such as pressing a switch. The electrically heated smart clothing which can control the temperature with an intuitive action based on user experience according to the present invention includes: a clothing body; a heating element included in the clothing body; a controller controlling the heating temperature of the heating element; and a temperature control unit for inputting a control signal for controlling the heating temperature to the controller. The temperature control unit controls the intensity of the control signal according to a size change of an opening through which the body part of the clothing body passes. 본 발명은 온도조절 기능을 갖는 발열의류에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 발열 온도를 조절함에 있어 스위치의 누름처럼 별도의 조작 없이 착용자가 추위를 느낄 때 취하는 일반적인 행동에 의해 발열 온도가 조절되는 사용자의 경험행동을 기반으로 온도를 조절하는 스마트 발열의류에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 사용자의 경험행동을 기반으로 온도를 조절하는 스마트 발열의류는 의류본체; 상기 의류본체에 구비되는 발열체; 상기 발열체의 발열 온도를 조절하는 컨트롤러; 상기 컨트롤러로 발열 온도를 조절하는 조절신호를 입력하는 온도조절유닛;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 온도조절유닛은 상기 의류본체에서 신체부위가 관통하는 개구부의 크기변화에 따라 조절신호의 세기가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
