Summary:The present invention relates to a vulcanization treatment method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology which is capable of preventing a defect that a shape is changed before the vulcanization treatment by reaching a scorch time more promptly through rapid preheating using an infrared (IR) lamp during vulcanization treatment. The vulcanization treatment method according to the present invention comprises a molding step of molding a rubber composition into a product shape and a vulcanization step of applying heat and pressure to the rubber composition. The vulcanization step includes a first preheating step of rapidly heating the rubber composition and a second preheating step of continuously heating the rubber composition at a predetermined temperature. The first preheating step includes rapidly heating the rubber composition using the IR lamp. The vulcanization treatment method according to the present invention has an effect of preventing a defect that a shape of the rubber composition is collapsed by its own weight by minimizing a vulcanization treatment speed in the process of vulcanization-treating the rubber composition. 본 발명은 가황 처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가황 처리 시, 적외선(IR)램프를 이용한 급속 예열을 통해, 스코치 타임(scorch time)에 보다 빠르게 도달하여 가황 처리 전에 형상이 변이되는 결함을 방지할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 가황 처리 방법은, 고무조성물을 제품형상으로 성형하는 성형단계 및 상기 고무조성물에 열과 압력을 가하는 가황단계를 포함하고, 상기 가황단계는, 상기 고무조성물에 급속 가열을 실시하는 제 1 예열단계 및 일정한 온도로 지속적으로 가열을 실시하는 제 2 예열단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 예열단계는, 적외선(IR)램프를 이용하여 상기 고무조성물에 급속 가열을 실시하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 가황 처리 방법은, 고무조성물의 가황 처리 시, 가황 처리 속도를 최소화 하여 자체 중량에 의한 형상이 무너지는 결함을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
