Summary:The present invention relates to an upstream filtering nonpoint pollution source reduction apparatus using a vibration cleaning method. More specifically, the upstream filtering nonpoint pollution source reduction apparatus mechanically vibrates a filter unit to treat pollutants contained in rainwater in a vertical direction to backwash the pollutants; thereby remarkably enhancing cleaning efficiency. The upstream filtering nonpoint pollution source reduction apparatus using the vibration cleaning method of the present invention comprises: a reservoir into which the rainwater is inputted; a filtering tank into which the rainwater gone through the reservoir is inputted such that an upstream is formed; a filter unit installed inside the filtering tank to be spaced apart from a floor of the reservoir, treating foreign matters contained in the rainwater by filtering the rainwater inputted into the filtering tank; a discharge tank having a discharge pipe formed at the top wherein the discharge pipe is provided to discharge rainwater to the outside when the rainwater gone through the filtering unit is inputted, and the inputted rainwater reaches a predetermined water level; and a vibration cleaning means installed in the filtering tank, and vibrating the filtering unit in a vertical direction to clean the filter unit. 본 발명은 진동세척방식을 이용한 상향류 여과식 비점오염원 저감장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 우수 중의 오염물질을 처리하는 필터유닛을 기계적인 방법으로 상하 진동시켜 역세척하여 세척효율을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 상향류 여과식 비점오염원 저감장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진동세척방식을 이용한 상향류 여과식 비점오염원 저감장치는 우수가 유입되는 저류조와, 저류조를 통과한 우수가 하부로 유입되어 상향류를 형성하는 여과조와, 여과조 바닥에서 이격되도록 상기 여과조 내부에 설치되며 상기 여과조로 유입된 우수를 통과시켜 우수 중의 이물질을 처리하는 필터유닛과, 필터유닛을 통과한 우수가 유입되어 설정된 수위에 도달하면 외부로 배출될 수 있도록 상부에 방류관이 설치된 방류조와, 필터유닛을 상하로 진동시켜 상기 필터유닛을 세척하기 위해 상기 여과조에 설치되는 진동세척수단을 구비한다.
