Summary:The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide sensor for a solid electrolyte, and a manufacturing method thereof. By using the present invention, a side reaction such as moisture adsorption is restricted by a reference electrode by adhesively sealing the reference electrode using heat treatment reaction between a substrate and a solid electrolyte. The present invention is disclosed to solve such a problem of a conventional art, comprising: a solid electrolyte coupled to the substrate, and adhesively sealing the substrate; a detection electrode formed on one side of the solid electrolyte; and a reference electrode formed between the other side of the solid electrolyte and one side surface of the substrate, and being sealed by the solid electrolyte and the substrate. 본 발명은 고체전해질용 CO센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 기판과 고체전해질 간의 열처리에 의한 반응으로 기준전극을 접합밀봉시키는 것에 의해 기준 전극이 수분 흡착 등의 부반응을 억제하는 고체전해질용 CO센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 본 발명에 의하면, 기판과 결합하여 접합밀봉하는 고체전해질; 상기 고체전해질의 일측에 형성되는 감지전극; 상기 고체전해질의 타측과 상기 기판의 일측면 사이에 형성되며, 상기 고체전해질과 기판에 의하여 밀봉되는 기준전극;을 포함하는 고체전해질형 CO센서를 제공한다.
