Disclosed is a variable chipping attachment device, comprising: a chipping unit, with a bottom side opened and an accommodating space inside, to spray water supplied from the outside to a chipping target space; a rotation adjusting unit installed to be able to rotate on the chipping unit, and operated by control signals to adjust a vertical rotational angle of the chipping unit; a linear movement guiding unit to guide a sliding movement of the rotational adjusting unit in a straight line and to move the rotational adjusting unit in a linear direction operated by control signals; a base unit arranged apart from the linear movement guiding unit and installed in a plate shape; a hinge unit to connect the linear movement guiding unit and base unit to be able to rotate; a swing unit to rotate the linear movement guiding unit on both sides with the hinge unit as a center; and an elevating unit to move the base unit vertically mounted on a driving unit.
