A mounting unit for a sub-frame is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting unit for a sub-frame, which is used to couple a sub-frame to a front side member of a chassis, comprises: a mounting bracket, a reinforcing member, a mounting bolt and a foaming filler. The mounting bracket is positioned to correspond to a through hole formed on a front side inner member of the front side member and has a bolt hole formed on one side thereof in a vertical downward direction of the through hole. The reinforcing plate is formed on the upper surface of the front side inner member, has a welding surface formed to protrude upward while corresponding to the through hole, and has a welding hole formed on the welding surface in the vertical upward direction of the through hole. The mounting bolt is divided into a bolt part and a head part through a flange positioned on the center thereof, allows the bolt part to be joined to a periphery of the bolt hole through the flange in a state of being inserted into the bolt hole of the mounting bracket, and allows the head part to be jointed thereto in a state of being inserted into an assembling hole of the reinforcing plate through the through hole of the front side member. The foaming filler is foamed through heat treatment to be filled in a space part formed by the front side inner member, the mounting bracket, the reinforcing plate and a front side outer member. 서브 프레임용 마운팅 유닛이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서브 프레임용 마운팅 유닛은 차체의 프론트 사이드 멤버에 서브 프레임을 체결하기 위한 서브 프레임용 마운팅 유닛에 있어서, 상기 프론트 사이드 멤버의 프론트 사이드 인너 멤버에 형성된 일측 관통홀에 대응하여 위치되며, 일측에 상기 관통홀의 수직 하방향에 대응하여 볼트홀이 형성되는 마운팅 브라켓; 상기 프론트 사이드 인너 멤버의 상면에 구성되고, 상기 관통홀과 대응하여 상향 돌출되어 용접면을 형성하며, 상기 용접면 상에는 상기 관통홀의 수직 상방향에 대응하여 용접홀이 형성되는 보강판재; 중앙의 플랜지를 통하여 볼트부와 헤드부로 구획되며, 상기 볼트부가 상기 마운팅 브라켓의 볼트홀에 삽입된 상태로, 상기 플랜지를 통하여 볼트홀의 둘레에 접합되며, 상기 헤드부가 상기 프론트 사이드 멤버의 관통홀을 통하여 상기 보강판재의 조립홀에 끼워진 상태로 접합되는 마운팅 볼트; 및 상기 프론트 사이드 인너 멤버, 마운팅 브라켓, 보강판재 및 프론트 사이드 아웃터 멤버에 의해 형성된 공간부 내부에 열처리에 의해 발포되어 충진되는 발포 충진제를 포함한다.
