Summary:The present invention relates to a motor pump coupler having a structure in which a motor rotation axis and a pump rotation axis can be automatically aligned in a connection process. The motor pump coupler comprises: a locking bolt which is a cylindrical pipe and has a threaded coupling portion formed in a predetermined section of an outer circumferential surface along the longitudinal direction, and a grip portion which can be gripped by a hand or a tool formed in an adjacent section of the threaded coupling portion; and an elastic clamp including a fastening head which is a nut-shaped member coupled to an end of the locking bolt and is formed with an inner circumferential surface thread and assembled with the threaded coupling portion, and a tightening portion which is a hollow member inserted into the fastening head, has a plurality of elongated holes formed at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction, such that the width of the elongated hole is reduced by external fastening to elastically reduce the inner diameter thereof, and is formed with outer and inner diameters thereof gradually reduced toward an end thereof, and can fix the motor rotation axis and the pump rotation axis to a hollow portion of the tightening portion as the tightening portion is tightened by being inserted into an end of the locking bolt in accordance with the engagement between the fastening head and the locking bolt. As a result, the motor pump coupler can simply connect the motor rotation axis and the pump rotation axis and automatically align the motor rotation axis and the pump rotation axis at the same time as the connection process. 본 발명은 특히 연결 과정에서 모터 회전축과 펌프 회전축이 자동으로 정렬될 수 있는 구조를 갖는 모터 펌프 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 원통형 관으로서, 길이방향을 따라 외주면 일정 구간에 나사결합부가 형성되고, 나사결합부의 인접 구간에 손 또는 공구로 파지될 수 있는 파지부가 형성되는 잠금볼트와; 상기 잠금볼트 단부에 결합되는 너트 형상 부재로서 내주면 나사산이 형성되어 상기 나사결합부와 조립되는 체결헤드와, 체결헤드에 삽입되는 중공의 부재로서 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 복수개의 장공이 형성되어 외부 조임으로 장공 폭이 감소됨으로써 내경이 탄성적으로 축소되며 단부로 갈수록 외경과 내경이 점차 감소되게 형성된 조임부로 이루어지되, 체결헤드와 잠금볼트의 결합에 따라 조임부가 잠금볼트 단부에 삽입되며 조여짐으로써 조임부의 중공에 모터 회전축 또는 펌프 회전축이 고정 가능한 탄성클램프;로 구성됨으로써, 간편하게 모터 회전축과 펌프 회전축을 연결시키면서도 또한 연결과정과 동시에 자동으로 모터 회전축과 펌프 회전축의 정렬이 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있는 모터 펌프 커플러를 제공하고자 한다.
