Summary:A data transmitting method by an MTC device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a step of identifying a group to which the group belongs; a step of allowing the MTC device belonging to a sub group of an identified group having the strength of the received power of a first upstream data transmitted to a base station to adjust the transmission power of the first upstream data to set the power of the second upstream data transmitted to the base station to be larger than a predetermined ratio; and a step of transmitting the first upstream data to the base station from any starting point of the plurality of timeslots included in a timeslot structure corresponding to the identified group, based on the adjusted transmission power. So it is possible to improve communication performance between the MTC device and the base station. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 MTC 디바이스에 의한 데이터 송신 방법은, 자신이 속한 그룹을 식별하는 단계; 기지국으로 전송되는 제 1 상향 데이터의 수신 전력의 세기가 식별된 그룹의 하위 그룹에 속하는 MTC 디바이스가 기지국으로 전송하는 제 2 상향 데이터의 수신 전력의 세기보다 기 설정된 비율 이상으로 크도록 제 1 상향 데이터의 전송 전력을 조절하는 단계; 및 조절된 전송 전력에 기초하여, 식별된 그룹에 대응하는 타임 슬롯 구조에 포함된 복수의 타임 슬롯의 임의의 시작점에서 기지국으로 제 1 상향 데이터를 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
