Summary: | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for immune regulation comprising dendritic cells expressing Foxp3. In the present invention, it is confirmed that the composition has effects of controlling T cell proliferation and recovering and maintaining immunological homeostasis, using Foxp3+ dendritic cells (fxDC) exiting only in blood, and the activation of CD8+ regulator T cells (CD8+ Treg) in an immune imbalance condition. By using the composition, a user can fundamentally approach a case for preventing or treating immune disorders and can perform target treatment.
본 발명은 Foxp3를 발현하는 수지상 세포를 포함하는 면역 조절용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 혈액에서만 존재하는 Foxp3+ 수지상 세포(fxDC)를 이용하여, 면역 불균형 상태에서, CD8+ 조절 T 세포 (CD8+ Treg) 의 활성화를 통한 T 세포 증식 억제효과 및 면역 항상성 회복 및 유지 효과를 확인하였는바, 면역 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
