Summary: | The present invention relates to a water-soluble paint composition with high corrosion resistance and a spring material having a paint film formed by the water-soluble paint composition. The present invention is to provide a water-soluble paint composition with high corrosion resistance, capable of forming a corrosion-resistant coating layer on the surface of a metallic material such as a spring or the like by only one application without topping and undercutting operations, and a spring material having a paint film formed by the water-soluble paint composition. The water-soluble paint composition with high corrosion resistance comprises: 40-50 wt% of acrylic emulsion resin; 1-2 wt% of 2-butoxyethanol; 0.1-0.3 wt% of a thickener; 0.5-1.5 wt% of an anti-foamer; 0.5-1.5 wt% of an ethoxylated surfactant; 0.1-0.5 wt% of a dispersant; 5-7 wt% of aluminum triphosphate; 20-25 wt% of talc; 0.5-1.5 wt% of polyurethane polyol water dispersion; 0.1-0.5 wt% of an ammonia solution; 0.1-1.0 wt% of carbon black; 1-1.5 wt% of trimethylpentanediol; and 18-22 wt% of Ionized water. A corrosion-resistant paint film is configured to be formed on the surface of the spring by applying the water-soluble paint composition with high corrosion resistance once.
본 발명은 고내식성을 구비하는 수용성 도료와, 수용성 도료에 의해 도막이 형성된 스프링소재에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 상도 및 하도작업없이 1회 도포만으로 스프링 등의 금속재 표면에 내부식성 코팅층을 형성할 수 있는 고내식성을 구비하는 수용성 도료와 수용성 도료에 의해 도막이 형성된 스프링소재를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 아크릴 에멀젼 수지 40∼50wt%, 2-부톡시에탄올 1∼2wt%, 증점제 0.1∼0.3wt%, 소포제 0.5∼1.5wt%, 에톡시레이트화 된 계면활성제 0.5∼1.5wt%, 분산제 0.1∼0.5wt%, 알루미늄트리포스페이트 5∼7wt%, 탈크 20∼25wt%, 폴리우레탄 폴리올수분산액 0.5∼1.5wt%, 암모니아 수용액 0.1∼0.5wt%, 카본블랙 0.1∼1.0wt%, 트리메틸펜탄디올 1∼1.5wt%, 이온수 18∼22wt% 를 포함하는 고내식성을 구비하는 수용성 도료의 1회도포에 의해 스프링의 표면에 내부식성을 구비한 도막이 형성되도록 되어 있다. |
