The present invention relates to a medical laser operation tool in which a laser oscillator-embedded handpiece is replaced. A laser oscillator is embedded in a handpiece, and the handpiece is coupled to a transmission member connected with a body through a coupler to be conveniently detached. The handpiece is replaced corresponding to an operation purpose, and various kinds of laser operations can be performed by using one body. In a step of replacing a handpiece, coolant is not leaked from the handpiece but is collected in a coolant unit. The medical laser operator according to the present invention comprises: a handpiece having a laser oscillator embedded therein and generating laser beams; a body including a laser power source unit for supplying electrical power for laser beams to the laser oscillator, and including a coolant unit for circulating and supplying coolant to the laser oscillator; and a transmission member including an electrical cable connected with the laser power source unit, and including a cooling tube connected with the coolant unit; a coupler for connecting the transmission member with the handpiece to be detached; and a collecting means for making an outlet opened prior to an inlet in a cooling pathway of the handpiece when the coupler is separated from the handpiece, and making coolant in the cooling pathway of the handpiece collected to the coolant unit through the inlet. 본 발명은 의료용 레이저 시술기에 관한 것으로서, 핸드피스에 레이저발진기를 내장하고 핸드피스는 커플러를 통해 본체와 연결되는 전송부재에 간편하게 착탈 가능하게 결합되어서 시술 목적에 맞게 핸드피스를 교체하여 여러 종류의 레이저 시술을 하나의 본체를 사용하여 할 수 있고, 핸드피스를 교체하는 과정에서 냉각수가 핸드피스에서 유출되지 않고 냉각수유닛으로 회수되도록 한 레이저발진기 내장형 핸드피스가 교체되는 의료용 레이저 시술기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 레이저발진기 내장형 핸드피스가 교체되는 의료용 레이저 시술기는 레이저빔을 생성하는 레이저발진기를 내장하는 핸드피스; 상기 레이저발진기에 레이지빔을 위한 전원을 공급하는 레이저전원유닛과, 상기 레이저발진기에 냉각수를 순환공급시키는 냉각수유닛을 포함하는 본체; 상기 레이저전원유닛과 연결되는 전력케이블과, 상기 냉각수유닛과 연결되는 냉각튜브를 포함하는 전송부재; 상기 전송부재를 상기 핸드피스에 탈착 가능하게 연결하는 커플러; 상기 커플러를 상기 핸드피스에서 분리하는 때에 상기 핸드피스의 냉각유로에서 토출구가 인입구보다 먼저 개방되도록 하여서 상기 핸드피스의 냉각유로 내의 냉각수가 인입구를 통해 상기 냉각수유닛으로 회수되도록 하는 회수수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
