The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of displaying a screen in a wearable device worn by a user. According to the present invention, the apparatus to provide a user viewpoint screen on the wearable device comprises: a sensor information input unit to receive information on a change in posture or a position of the wearable device from a sensor provided in the wearable device; a wearable device rotation angle calculating unit to calculate a rotation angle of the wearable device based on a preset reference direction using the received information; and an image converting unit to convert an image to enable the information display direction of a received image to follow the viewing direction of the user wearing the wearable device by receiving the image to be displayed on the screen of the wearable device, and using the rotation angle of the wearable device with respect to the reference direction. 본 발명은 사용자가 착용하여 사용하는 웨어러블 기기에서 화면을 표시하는 장치와 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 웨어러블 기기에서의 사용자 시점 화면 제공 장치는, 웨어러블 기기에 구비된 센서로부터 상기 웨어러블 기기의 자세 또는 위치 변화에 관한 정보를 입력받는 센서 정보 입력부, 상기 입력받은 정보를 이용해, 미리 설정된 기준 방향을 기준으로 한 상기 웨어러블 기기의 회전각을 산출하는 웨어러블 기기 회전각 산출부, 및 상기 웨어러블 기기의 화면에 표시할 영상을 입력받고, 상기 기준 방향에 대한 상기 웨어러블 기기의 회전각을 이용하여, 상기 입력받은 영상의 정보 표시 방향이 상기 웨어러블 기기를 착용한 사용자의 시선 방향에 따르도록, 상기 영상을 변환하는 영상 변환부를 포함할 수 있다.
