The present invention relates to an apparatus for eliminating catalysts and a system comprising the same. According to embodiments of the present invention, the apparatus for eliminating catalysts comprises: a shaft arranged in a reactor; a main frame including a rod which is coupled to an upper part of the shaft, is supported to be movable in the reactor and is extended from the shaft toward the reactor; and a catalyst cutter connected to be rotatable on a lower part of the shaft, driven by hydraulic pressure and cutting a catalyst accommodated in the reactor. 실시예들은 촉매 제거 장치 및 이를 포함하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예에 따른 촉매 제거 장치는, 반응기의 내부에 배치되는 샤프트, 상기 샤프트의 상부에 결합되고 상기 반응기의 내부에 이동 가능하게 지지되고 상기 샤프트로부터 상기 반응기를 향하여 연장된 로드를 포함하는 메인 프레임 및 상기 샤프트의 하부에 회전 가능하게 연결되고 유압에 의하여 구동되어 상기 반응기의 내부에 수용된 촉매를 파쇄하는 촉매 커터를 포함할 수 있다.
