Summary: | The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a differential cup of a differential assembly, which preferentially forms an appearance of a hub unit for a flange unit to be formed after accurately filling ribs with respect to each bending portion or an edge portion. Moreover, a plurality of flow path holes formed in the hub unit can be formed along with a CNC process to process an internal diameter of the hub unit. Therefore, with cold forging, a differential cup can be manufactured by an aluminum material, and strength of the differential cup manufactured by a casting method can be obtained.
본 발명은 허브부의 외형을 우선적으로 성형하여 각 절곡 부위나 모서리 부위에 대한 살채움이 정확히 이루어진 이후에 플랜지부가 성형되도록 하고, 또한 허브부에 형성되는 복수의 유로홀은 허브부의 내경 가공을 위한 CNC 가공시 함께 성형될 수 있도록 한 디프렌셜 어셈블리의 디프렌셜 컵 제조방법을 제공하며, 이를 통해 냉간단조를 이용한 알루미늄 소재로 디프렌셜 컵을 제조할 수 있도록 하면서도 주물 방식으로 제조된 디프렌셜 컵의 강도도 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
