The present invention relates to a water intake device for filtered water using a horizontal water collection pipe. The water intake device for filtered water using the horizontal water collection pipe includes: the multiple horizontal water collection pipes installed in all directions in order for one end to face the center of a water intake source under the ground at a predetermined depth from the bottom of the water intake source, wherein the horizontal water collection pipe enables filtered water filtered downwards to flow inside through soil on the bottom of the water intake source; a water intake pipe connected to the other end of each of the horizontal water collection pipes and receiving the filtered water flowing into the each of the horizontal water collection pipes; a water collection valve installed on the other end of the each of the horizontal water collection pipes and controlling supply of the filtered water to the water intake pipe; a first sensor module installed on the other end of the each of the horizontal water collection pipes and generating first filtered water information by sensing a water temperature, a water quantity, and water quality of the filtered water supplied to the water intake pipe in real time; a water collection pipe installed on one side of the water intake pipe by being vertically formed in the ground and collecting the filtered water supplied to the water intake pipe; a second sensor module installed in the water collection pipe and generating second filtered water information by sensing the water temperature, a water level, and the water quality of the filtered water collected, in real time; a lifting pump installed in the water collection pipe and supplying the filtered water to the upper side of the ground by pumping the filtered water collected; and a water intake control device electrically connected to the first sensor module, the second sensor module, the water collection valve, and the lifting pump and controlling a movement of the lifting pump and the water collection valve. 본 발명은 수평 집수관을 이용한 여과수 취수장치에 관한 것으로, 수평 집수관을 이용한 여과수 취수장치는 취수원의 바닥으로부터 일정 깊이 지하에서 일단이 상기 취수원의 중심부를 향해 방사상으로 다수 배치되어, 상기 취수원의 바닥 토양을 통해 하상 여과되는 여과수를 내부로 유입하는 수평 집수관과, 각각의 상기 수평 집수관의 타단과 연결되고, 각 수평 집수관에 유입되는 여과수를 공급받는 취수관과, 각각의 상기 수평 집수관의 타단에 배치되고, 상기 취수관으로의 여과수 공급을 제어하는 집수 밸브와, 각각의 상기 수평 집수관의 타단에 배치되어 상기 취수관으로 공급되는 여과수의 수온, 수량과 수질을 실시간 감지하여 제 1 여과수 정보를 생성하는 제 1 센서모듈과, 지중에 수직한 방향으로 형성되어 상기 취수관의 일측에 배치되고, 상기 취수관에 공급되는 여과수를 집수하는 집수관과, 상기 집수관의 내부에 배치되고, 집수되는 여과수의 수온, 수위 및 수질을 실시간 감지하여 제 2 여과수 정보를 생성하는 제 2 센서모듈과, 상기 집수관의 내부에 배치되고, 집수되는 여과수를 펌핑하여 지상으로 공급하는 양수 펌프 및 상기 제 1 센서모듈, 제 2 센서모듈, 집수 밸브 및 양수 펌프와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 집수 밸브 및 상기 양수 펌프의 동작을 제어하는 취수 제어장치를 포함한다.
