The present invention provides a device for removing shop primer of a welding unit in a vessel. According to the present invention, the device for removing shop primer of a welding unit in a vessel includes: a plate in which a driving wheel is mounted on the lower part; a flap wheel coming in to contact with the welding unit and including multiple sand papers for polishing the shop primer applied onto the welding unit; a flap wheel driving unit including a main shaft installed in the lower part of the plate and rotating the flap wheel around the main shaft; a side frame formed on the side of the plate; and a handle frame connected to the side frame and enabling a worker to control a motion of the plate. According to the present invention, the device for removing shop primer of a welding unit in a vessel reduces the shop primer of the welding unit in the vessel and obtains work efficiency and work stability in comparison with an existing device. The device for removing shop primer of a welding unit in a vessel uniformly performs a removing work and facilitates replacement of a polishing unit for removal. 본 발명에 의한 선박 내 용접부의 발청 방지층 제거 장치는, 하부에 주행바퀴가 장착되는 플레이트, 상기 용접부와 선접촉하여 상기 용접부에 도포된 발청 방지층(shop primer)을 연마하기 위한 다수의 샌드 페이퍼(sand paper)를 포함하는 플랩 휠(flap wheel), 상기 플레이트 하부에 배치되는 메인 샤프트를 포함하여, 상기 메인 샤프트를 축으로 상기 플랩 휠을 회전시키는 플랩 휠 구동부, 상기 플레이트의 측면에 형성되는 측면 프레임 및 상기 측면 프레임과 연결되어 작업자가 상기 플레이트의 운동을 제어할 수 있게 마련되는 핸들 프레임을 포함함으로써, 본 발명은, 선박 내 용접부의 발청 방지층을 제거하되, 기존에 비해서 작업효율과 작업 안전성을 제고할 수 있고, 제거 작업이 균일할 수 있게 하며, 제거를 위한 연마부의 교체를 용이하게 하는 선박 내 용접부의 발청 방지층 제거 장치를 제공한다.
